1. Service Description

AndyCoding provides professional development services including but not limited to website development, web application development, mobile application development, and design services. All services are subject to availability and a formal agreement between both parties.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders must be placed through our official platform. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are agreed upon during quoting and confirmed in writing before work begins. Project-based orders require a non-refundable deposit.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans provide unlimited request submissions with queue-based processing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

4. Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope, complexity, and external dependencies. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Significant scope changes may affect pricing and timeline.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued according to the refund policy displayed at checkout. For project-based orders, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Subsequent milestone payments are refundable only if work on that milestone has not begun.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the delivered work as specified in the project agreement. The developer retains the right to display the work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information includes business logic, source code, designs, and any non-public information shared during the engagement.
