Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to AndyCoding. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AndyCoding provides professional software development services including but not limited to website development, mobile application development, API development, and related consulting services. Services are offered in two models:

  • Project-Based (Exclusive): Single payment for a defined scope of work, delivered to completion.
  • Monthly Subscription (Shared): Recurring monthly payment for unlimited requests, processed on a queue basis.

3. Payment Terms

Project-Based

  • Orders under $5,000: Full payment upfront.
  • Orders $5,000 and above: 40% deposit, 30% mid-project, 30% on delivery.
  • All prices are in USD.

Monthly Subscription

  • Monthly recurring payment at the published rate.
  • No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Subscription auto-extends by 1 month if you have a queued request that hasn't been served by the expiration date.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Project-Based: Deposits are non-refundable once development has begun. Mid-payment refunds are prorated based on completed work.
  • Subscription: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered work, including all source code, design assets, and documentation created specifically for the project. AndyCoding retains the right to use generic, non-project-specific code components in future projects.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Project-based work typically completes within 1-3 months. Subscription queue processing varies based on current workload.

7. Limitation of Liability

AndyCoding's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
